Terms of Service

These terms set out the agreement between you and nvqassignment.co.uk when you request a quote or place an order. Please read them before ordering; if anything is unclear, ask us first.

Last updated: 6 August 2026 · nvqassignment.co.uk, 20 Farringdon Road, London EC1M 3HE, United Kingdom · info@nvqassignment.co.uk

1. What we provide

We provide bespoke academic support materials — model documents, structured drafts, written guidance and feedback — prepared against the brief and assessment criteria you supply. Our service is educational support and reference material.

We are not a qualification provider, training centre, awarding organisation or assessment body, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. We do not submit work on your behalf, and we do not take part in assessments, observations or professional discussions.

2. Your responsibilities

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • The experience, records and information you give us are genuine and your own.
  • You will review everything we deliver, check it against your own practice, and correct anything that does not accurately reflect it.
  • You take full responsibility for any work you choose to submit, and for how you use our materials.
  • Your use of our materials complies with the rules of your centre and awarding organisation. Our Fair Use Policy forms part of these terms.

3. Quotes, orders and payment

Quotes are provided in writing before you commit and are based on the brief described. Work begins once payment is confirmed. If the brief changes materially after work has started — additional criteria, a different unit, or a shortened deadline — we will re-quote in writing and you are free to accept or decline.

Prices shown on the site are indicative starting points; your quote is the price that applies. We do not add charges after a quote is accepted.

4. Deadlines and delivery

Delivery times are agreed at order confirmation and run from confirmed payment and receipt of the materials we have asked for. Where a delay in receiving materials affects the timeline, we will tell you and agree a revised date. Delivery is by email or your chosen agreed channel.

Urgent requests are accepted only where we believe the timescale is achievable, and we will say so in writing before taking payment.

5. Revisions, refunds and cancellation

Revisions against the original brief are covered by our Revision Policy. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, you receive the right to use the delivered material as a reference and study aid. We retain copyright in our own writing and may keep an anonymised copy for quality assurance and dispute resolution. We do not resell, republish or reuse material prepared for you with any other customer.

7. Communication and conduct

We ask for accurate information and courteous communication, and we offer the same in return. We may decline or end an order where a request would breach our Fair Use Policy, where information provided is inaccurate or misleading, or where communication becomes abusive. Where we end an order for these reasons, any refund is assessed under our Refund Policy.

8. Limits of liability

Assessment and grading decisions are made solely by your assessor, centre and awarding organisation. We do not control those decisions and cannot promise a particular assessment result, grade or outcome. Any success rates published on this site describe past feedback and are not a promise about your own work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.

This page explains how we work and is provided for information only — it is not legal advice, and it does not affect any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law. If any part of it is unclear, email info@nvqassignment.co.uk and we will explain it in plain terms before you place an order.

We would rather spend ten minutes explaining a term than resolve a misunderstanding afterwards.
