Revision Policy

Assessment is usually iterative, so revisions are part of the service rather than an extra. This page sets out what is included, what counts as new work, and the timescales we work to.

Last updated: 6 August 2026 · nvqassignment.co.uk, 20 Farringdon Road, London EC1M 3HE, United Kingdom · info@nvqassignment.co.uk

1. What is included

Every order includes free revisions against the original brief for 30 days after delivery. Within that period and while the brief is unchanged, we do not cap the number of rounds. Included revisions cover:

  • Feedback on the criteria or requirements we were briefed to address.
  • Corrections where our writing does not accurately reflect the practice or information you described.
  • Adjustments to tone, depth or register so the material suits your level.
  • Reformatting to your centre’s template or document requirements.
  • Expanding or tightening a section where a requirement is judged to be insufficiently covered.

2. What is quoted separately

The following are treated as new work and quoted before anything is done:

  • Additional units, sections or criteria that were not part of the original brief.
  • A change of qualification, level or subject area.
  • Switching to a different workplace situation or example than the one originally supplied.
  • A substantial rewrite requested more than 30 days after delivery.

We will always tell you which category your request falls into, in writing, before starting.

3. Turnaround

Revision requests are acknowledged the same working day. Standard revisions are typically returned within 24 to 48 hours. Where a revision is needed before an imminent review or submission date, say so in your message and we will confirm a realistic time — or tell you honestly if it is not achievable.

4. How to request a revision

Email revisions@nvqassignment.co.uk with your order reference, the delivered file, and the feedback you received, quoted exactly. Where feedback refers to specific criteria or sections, include those references.

5. Limits

Revisions address the brief we were given. They cannot change an assessment or grading decision, which rests entirely with your assessor, centre and awarding organisation, and we do not promise any particular outcome from a revision. Where you believe the delivered work did not match the brief and a revision cannot resolve it, our Refund Policy applies.

This page explains how we work and is provided for information only — it is not legal advice, and it does not affect any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law. If any part of it is unclear, email info@nvqassignment.co.uk and we will explain it in plain terms before you place an order.
