Fair Use Policy

This is the policy that matters most, so it is the shortest and the plainest. Everything we produce is a model and a study aid, intended to show you how your own genuine experience should be structured and expressed.

1. How our materials are meant to be used

Use what we deliver as a worked example and a learning tool: read it, check every detail against what actually happened in your own workplace, correct anything that does not match your practice, and write your own submission informed by it. Many learners use one piece of support to understand the pattern and then complete later work themselves — that is exactly the intended outcome.

Referencing conventions vary between centres. Where your centre requires you to acknowledge support received, follow its guidance.

2. What we will not do

We decline requests to:

  • Invent workplace experience, incidents or evidence that did not happen.
  • Write about a role, setting or employer you have not worked in.
  • Complete an assessment, test or timed task in your name.
  • Take part in an observation, professional discussion or interview on your behalf.
  • Access your centre systems, e-portfolio or accounts.
  • Prepare anything intended to mislead an assessor, centre or awarding organisation.

Where a request of this kind is made, we will explain why we cannot help and refund any payment taken for it.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for what you submit and for complying with the academic integrity, malpractice and plagiarism rules of your centre and awarding organisation. Those rules differ between providers, and it is your responsibility to know the ones that apply to you.

We do not condone academic dishonesty in any form. Where we are lawfully required to cooperate with a legitimate investigation, we will do so.

4. Authenticity of our writing

Material we deliver is written by people, not generated by automated tools, and is prepared for you individually rather than reused from previous orders. We do not, however, control what happens to material after delivery, and we cannot be responsible for consequences arising from use that departs from this policy.

5. Questions and reporting concerns

If you are unsure whether a particular use is appropriate, ask us before ordering. If you believe material of ours has been misused, tell us at info@nvqassignment.co.uk and we will look into it.

This page explains how we work and is provided for information only — it is not legal advice, and it does not affect any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law. If any part of it is unclear, email info@nvqassignment.co.uk and we will explain it in plain terms before you place an order.

Unsure whether we can help with something?

Ask. If a request falls outside this policy we will say so plainly, and suggest what we can do instead.
