1. Before work starts
If you cancel before a specialist has begun working on your order, you receive a full refund of the amount paid. Tell us as early as you can — a message is enough, and no explanation is required.
We would usually rather put work right than refund it, but where a refund is the fair outcome we pay it without argument. This page explains how requests are assessed and the timescales involved.

If you cancel before a specialist has begun working on your order, you receive a full refund of the amount paid. Tell us as early as you can — a message is enough, and no explanation is required.
If you cancel after work has begun, we assess a partial refund based on the proportion of the work already completed and any research or drafting time spent. We will explain the calculation in writing, and any completed material is released to you.
Where we miss an agreed deadline, or the delivered material does not match the brief you approved, we will first offer to put it right under our Revision Policy. If a correction is not possible, or is no longer useful because the deadline has passed, a full or partial refund is available depending on the circumstances.
Duplicate payments and billing errors are refunded in full as soon as they are identified, without needing a formal request.
Refunds are not normally given in the following situations:
Each request is looked at individually, and we will always explain our reasoning in writing.
Email accounts@nvqassignment.co.uk with your order reference, the date of delivery and a short description of the problem. Attaching any relevant feedback helps us assess it quickly.
We acknowledge requests within one working day and aim to reach a decision within five working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and usually reach you within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank or provider.
This policy sits alongside — and does not replace — your rights under UK consumer law. If you believe a refund is due and we have declined it, tell us why and we will review the decision. Where we still disagree, you remain free to pursue any legal remedy available to you.
This page explains how we work and is provided for information only — it is not legal advice, and it does not affect any statutory rights you have under UK consumer law. If any part of it is unclear, email info@nvqassignment.co.uk and we will explain it in plain terms before you place an order.
